No setup fee. Every plan is free of the monthly fee for the first 30 days from the day you start. The User and Student plans have a 1-year term with no mid-term cancellation; the Prepaid plan renews monthly.
Basic automation means intake, sending, automated workflows, and integrations.
AI work is counted in Fuel.
Working in the CRM yourself never uses Fuel. Typical examples:

On the User and Student plans, intake, automated sends, and meeting imports are covered by the monthly fee. Fuel is granted when you start and on each monthly billing date, and does not roll over. Extra Fuel is valid for 90 days from purchase. We give 30 days’ notice before any task uses more Fuel.

Referral program
When a company you refer starts a paid contract, 20% of its base plan monthly fee (excluding tax) comes off your bill for 12 months.
All prices exclude consumption tax.
Terms
Contract and payment terms

| Free period | Every plan is free of the monthly fee for 30 days from the day you start (the day you first log in). The Fuel included in your plan is granted during the free period too. |
| Contract term | The User and Student plans run for 1 year from the start of the paid contract, then renew automatically every year. The Prepaid plan renews automatically every month. You cannot switch plans mid-term. A plan change takes effect from the next term. Adding or removing users, and moving between student tiers, do not count as a plan change. |
| Cancellation | The User and Student plans cannot be cancelled mid-term. To end one, let us know at least 1 month before the term ends. For the Prepaid plan, let us know at least 14 days before your next renewal date. If we hear from you later than that, the contract ends at the end of the following term. If we end the service on our side, we give at least 30 days’ notice. |
| Payment | Monthly, in advance, by credit card (ask us about paying by invoice). Plans with a 1-year term are also paid monthly. Paid fees are not refunded. |
| Price changes | We give at least 3 months’ notice before changing the monthly fee or the Fuel granted each month. The same applies to the prices of extra Fuel and add-ons. |
| How users are counted | The number of members in the workspace, including accounts that were invited but are not in use. Changes apply from the next invoice. |
| When the student tier changes | If enrolled students stay above the tier’s limit for 14 days, the higher tier applies from the first billing date after that. If the count falls back to the limit or below in the meantime, counting starts over. If the count is at or below the lower tier’s limit on a billing date, the lower tier applies from that billing date. |
| Your data after the contract ends | You can export it for 30 days from the end date. After that, data in the live environment is deleted. Backups are deleted once our retention period has passed. |
