Founder, Consilegy LLC
Seiko founded Consilegy after more than a decade working across IT consulting, marketing strategy, CRM implementation, and project management — primarily in Japan-facing or cross-border B2B contexts.
Her work focuses on the intersection of strategy and execution: designing the GTM structure, revenue architecture, and operating systems that allow global teams to move effectively in Japan. She holds a PMBOK-based project management background and has delivered engagements across SaaS, consulting, healthcare, retail, and entertainment.
Bilingual in Japanese and English, she works directly with both sides of global-Japan teams — reducing the friction that typically accumulates when strategy is designed in one language and executed in another.
