Development & Automation

Business systems, integrations, and automation

Build, connect, and automate
the systems your work needs

Copying data from spreadsheets. Information scattered across applications. Features missing from standard products. We map how your work gets done, then design and build the systems and integrations it needs.

From a single integration to a new business system. Each project is scoped and quoted individually.

What We Build

Start with what your work needs

These are examples of development and integration work. We confirm feasibility and scope against your requirements and current environment.

01

Build a new business system

Map the information held in spreadsheets and paper records, along with processes that depend on individual knowledge. Build the screens and functions your work needs.

ExamplesProject, booking, and request management

02

Connect existing systems

Replace repeated data entry and manual exports and imports with integrations between the applications you already use.

ExamplesCustomer, booking, and operational data flows

03

Automate repetitive tasks

Automate recurring steps such as routing incoming requests, notifying the right person, compiling reports, and updating status.

ExamplesRequest processing, reminders, and reporting

04

Add missing screens and features

Identify work that standard product features cannot cover. Develop supporting screens and functions, with clear responsibilities for each system.

ExamplesInput forms, approvals, and external-facing screens

05

Improve or replace an existing system

Review current processing and usage before defining changes. Plan data migration, dependencies, and the transition to the updated system.

ExamplesFeature changes, migration, and phased replacement

06

Combine implementation with development

Build integrations and automation alongside a customer management or sales system implementation, under one plan through launch.

ExamplesConfiguration, integrations, custom features, and operating procedures

Design Before Development

Use what works
Build what is missing

01

Understand the work

Identify owners, inputs, decision rules, and exceptions. Agree what the system should handle and what remains an operational process.

02

Choose how to deliver it

Compare product configuration, integrations, custom features, and a new build against cost, operating effort, and technical constraints.

03

Plan for ongoing use

Define access, data handling, error recovery, and operational ownership. Agree the maintenance and improvement scope before launch.

Case Studies

Connecting systems to everyday work

Connect LINE with lesson bookings

For an online English school with dozens of students, we connected a LINE Official Account with Google Calendar to automate manual checks and bookings.

This school was the starting point for the Revenue CRM School edition.

Bring scattered customer data together

For a healthtech company, we integrated customer data from multiple systems into HubSpot and supported data entry rules and operational adoption.

Process & Pricing

Agree the scope and cost
before development begins

We first review your work, systems, and pain points. We then define the requirements and approach, with a proposal covering scope, deliverables, timing, and cost.

Third-party subscriptions, maintenance, operating support, and future changes are identified separately. Development is quoted individually, outside our standard retainer pricing.

Tell us about your workflow →
  1. Discuss the work

Review workflows, data, systems, and what you want to achieve.

  2. Design and quote

Define features, integrations, access, acceptance criteria, schedule, and fees.

  3. Build, test, and migrate

Implement the agreed scope and test it against actual business scenarios.

  4. Launch and hand over

Confirm procedures and operational ownership. Provide maintenance and improvements within the agreed scope.

Project Management

We also manage delivery

For development projects, we define requirements, stakeholder coordination, and project management as part of the proposed scope. If your internal team or an existing vendor handles development, you can commission PM support on its own.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we talk before we know what to build?

Yes. We start with the work: what gets copied, where approvals stall, and which tasks take time. We then propose what existing products can cover and what needs development.

Does the project need to involve a CRM?

No. We also work on new business systems, changes to existing systems, data integrations, and workflow automation. We confirm the business requirements, technical environment, project size, and scope before proposing a solution.

Do we need a Revenue CRM subscription?

No. Development, integration, and automation can be commissioned on their own. We start from your current systems and propose Revenue CRM as an option when it fits.

Can every application be integrated?

Feasibility depends on the available APIs, permissions, subscription plan, and data formats. Where there are limitations, we explain alternatives and operational options. Required subscriptions or paid integration features are identified in the proposal.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

We quote based on the work, number of screens and functions, connected systems, migration needs, access controls, security requirements, and operating support. Development fees, third-party subscriptions, and maintenance costs are presented separately.

Can you provide project management if we already have developers?

Yes. If your existing vendor or internal team handles implementation, we can take on requirements clarification, vendor coordination, project management, and acceptance support. Responsibilities and fees are agreed separately for development and PM-only work.
