You cannot evaluate the requirements or estimate
What to build is still unclear. You cannot assess the assumptions or scope behind the quote, and you are concerned about additional costs after approval.
Project Management Support
From system development to CRM implementation
Unclear requirements. Estimates you cannot evaluate. Internal teams and developers that are not aligned. We act as your client-side PM, from requirements through release and launch, for new builds, system changes, and product implementations.
PM-only engagements, support for existing internal PMs, and projects already in progress are all welcome.
Common Problems
What to build is still unclear. You cannot assess the assumptions or scope behind the quote, and you are concerned about additional costs after approval.
Departments want different things. Your vendor has a different understanding. New requests and open decisions keep accumulating without clear next steps.
You already have an internal PM and developers, but cross-team dependencies, migration, and acceptance preparations need more attention than the team can give them.
Our Role
We organize requests from business teams and work through implementation options with developers. We explain cost, timing, and operational impact so leadership and department owners can make decisions.
From new builds and system replacements to customer management and sales system implementations, we manage requirements, development plans, testing, and release with both business and technical needs in view.
Clarify requirements, estimates, and technical options, including the impact on cost and delivery dates.
Resolve differences in needs and constraints between business teams and developers. Make owners and decisions explicit.
Track progress, budget, and quality alongside migration and acceptance preparations.
Decision authority and responsibilities are agreed with your internal approvers before delivery starts.
Project Types
Turn an initial concept into requirements and a development plan. Coordinate specifications, progress, quality, testing, and release.
Review effects on current work and connected systems. Coordinate changes, data integrations, migration, and the transition plan.
Coordinate product selection, configuration, custom development, migration, and acceptance with your implementation partners.
Scope of Support
We can join before planning or during delivery. You do not need to commission every stage.
Review the work and its problems, then define the intended outcome, required functions, and priorities.

Work between developers and internal departments to track delays and open issues. Explain options and impacts so decisions can move forward.
Typical deliverablesProgress reports, issue tracking, and decision records
Define checks against business requirements, coordinate user testing, and prepare data migration and the transition to the new system.

Typical deliverablesOperating procedures, handover materials, and improvement backlog
Deliverables depend on the project and agreed role. Development and configuration work, when required, are scoped and priced separately.
Pricing & Process
We review the systems, project stage, departments, vendors, and required capacity, then provide an individual quote.
PM support is quoted separately from our standard advisory and retainer plans. A revenue assessment or a full redesign is not a prerequisite.

A PM plans and drives the overall project. A PMO supports the management processes and project operations. We can act as a client-side PM or support your internal PM in a PMO role. Decision authority and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
The core PM scope covers requirements, coordination, management, and acceptance support. If development or configuration is also needed, we define its responsibilities and costs separately. We can also work on the basis that your existing vendor handles implementation.
New system development, changes to or replacement of existing systems, customer management and sales system implementations, data integration, and workflow automation. Projects do not have to be in sales or customer management. We confirm the domain, scale, and technical team before agreeing the scope.
